  • Counting : Start Counting in mind. Our mind can't think about two things at once. So if you are counting with your mind, you will fall asleep before reaching 300.
  • Feel Breathing: Close your eyes and try to feel your breath coming in and going out. Soon you will fall asleep, if you don't think about anything else.
  •  Eye Movement: Close you eyes and try to move your eyes up and down as fast as possible for 10 seconds.
